Essie is a brand known for its vibrant colors, but it’s also a brand that has long been synonymous with fashion. In 2020, Essie found the perfect ambassador in Trine Kjær – with her colorful style and fashion-forward profile, along with a massive following.

For this Christmas campaign, we asked Trine to pick six shades from the Essie range and create three distinct looks by mixing and matching. It’s all about having fun, embracing contrast in your look, and finding unity in those differences.

We wanted the visual direction to feel playful, festive, and stylish – a fashion-forward Christmas. And we were lucky to have Petra Kleis behind the camera to capture the authentic essence of the campaign.
